New definition of Beer Garden needed?

There was a time when Oktoberfest was a very big event in Kuala Lumpur, being one of the more prominent provinces of Germany. Many outlets would have various promotions and performances for the purpose of selling oversized 1 liter mugs you will never use again, not even in the bathtub. Sadly these greatly reduced, even before the time of Covid-19, leaving us in 2022 with
